What Is Remnant Design Co.?
A Modern-Day Guild for your everyday adventuring needs.
Inspired by the vast worlds of anime, fantasy, and video games, Remnant Design Co. is a concept store that functions as a modern-day guild for your everyday adventuring needs. This multidisciplinary space is divided into five areas, is here to cultivate one’s sense of adventure and wonder.
The Spaces
The Shoppe: Offers products in clothing, accessories, skincare, beauty, shoes, furniture, stationery, and home décor, made primarily by local creatives and creatives of color.
Interactive Space (iS): An interactive space that has the capacity to change to feature the following: contemplation zones, art installations, performance art, exhibits, poetry readings, and hosting intimate concerts from local and traveling artist. Until a permanent space is found, we’ll do it pop-up style!
(Ellipsis): A tea and coffee house that serves tea, tisanes, coffee, juices, desserts, and pastries. Serving as a place for the community to work, meet, socialize, relax and read. There is also a collective/community library, and magazines, books, and other publications which will be available for purchase. In the meantime, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite recipes and dream sweets to have at Ellipsis.
Co. (Community): Serves as a call to action hub, where people are taking action in adding adventure to their everyday lives. Whether it’s to meet, take classes, attend creative talks, panel discussions, participate in clothing swaps, book signings, reserve space for events, social and learn in a safe and welcoming space.
Noticeboard: A digital newsletter and physical noticeboard with a focus on local happenings and opportunities for people to meet up, go adventuring, try or learn something new, etc. So keep an eye out for a calendar and shares!
So who is Remnant Design Co. for?
Remnant Design Co. Is for the stylish gamer, the cosplayer, the magical ones, the anime watcher, the manga, comic and fantasy reader and more! Our customers, also known as our Guild Members, are people who are authentically themselves, celebrating and enjoying their individuality, and confident in their walk and how they present themselves. They know what it is that they like, and are open-minded to try and explore new things. They are not looking to follow what everyone is doing but rather focused on personal curation based on their interests.
